Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manaagement, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years Business Development Manager experience machine distributor
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the machine industry
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and convert sales opportunities, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote the company's services.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored logistics solutions for clients and address their specific needs.
  6. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
  8. Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends relevant to the logistics sector.
  9. Develop and positively nurture the excellent good relationships with existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and grow existing business
  10. Spearhead and participate in tender bids and lead price negotiation with customers, preparing all proposals and quotations
  11. Build long-term relationships with clients to develop a robust business partnership
  12. Perform regular and quality updates via our Customer Relations Management system
  13. Represent interests of the company before third parties
  14. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  15. Interact with and enhance even further the excellent relationship and teamwork with other departments in the company
