Job Summary
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and delivering winning commercial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract award.
- Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and other stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support growth strategies.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles.
- Proven experience managing B2B clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
