Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and scaling business opportunities centered around specific products or solutions. You will take ownership of pre-determined business plans, evaluate ongoing strategies to implement continuous improvements, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Strategy Execution
- Product & Solution Development: Drive and scale business development initiatives focusing on specific company products or solutions.
- Plan Implementation: Execute, expand, and manage pre-determined business plans and market strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Advanced Business Planning: Formulate, develop, and present comprehensive, structured, and data-driven business plans for new market opportunities.
2. Evaluation & Process Improvement
- Performance Evaluation: Critically analyze ongoing business strategies, pipelines, and market approaches to identify bottlenecks.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead and actively participate in continuous process improvements to enhance operational and sales efficiency.
3. Market Intelligence & Relationship Management
- Market Research: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor landscapes, and market shifts to uncover high-value business opportunities.
- Partnership Management: Build, nurture, and secure strategic partnerships and long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in any Major
- Preferably with at least 3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar role (with a strong track record of managing projects or accounts independently).
- Highly proficient in creating, structuring, and executing actionable business plans.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
