Hiring Business Development Manager

Takagi Agency Pte Ltd is looking for a results-oriented, driven, and experienced business closer.

High commissions with NO SALARY CAP. 

 *Basic: $1,400 
High 10-20% commissions on contracts worth $5K-$50K 
Current Top Performer: $1400 + $7600 comms* 

Brief job scope : 
- Prospecting for new clients
- Conducting pitches and attending meetings with potential clients
- Conceptualising video marketing plans for potential clients 
- Meeting monthly KPIs set
- Strategising business plans to expand the growth of Takagi Agency
- Accounts servicing to closed projects, ensure clients needs are met
- Creation of sales reports

Who would you have to be?
- An ethical and capable sales closer with min 3 years in Sales experience.
- Creative but systematic and persistent.
- KPI driven and independent.
- Skilled communicator in English.
- Able to prepare a beautiful proposal and negotiate for a win-win.
- Comfortable to generate leads and do cold prospecting (i.e., cold calling, social media, attending networking events, marketing activation, etc.)
- Positive attitude. 

What are you selling?
- Video Marketing Services
    - For businesses to ‘humble brag’ about their brands, products and services
    - We plan, produce and publish the videos to our Facebook page of over 390,000 followers. 
- Social Media Management Services 
- Corporate Video-making services.
