Job description for Business Development Manager (Remote) at Consoliads
- Enhance and expedite our reach to customers in the global market through relationship building, helping customers achieve their goals, and through sales and marketing efforts using a variety of digital and direct sales best practices.
- Ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales targets and KPIs are met
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's
- relationship with them
- Handle all contract renewals for existing and new publishers within our designated sector
- Convert leads into calls and direct face to face pitches with prospective publishers
- Run different marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the company’s image and products.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree preferably with majors in Marketing or Public Relations
- 4+ years in revenue optimization/business development for any mobile Ad monetization/gaming company
- Strong communication skills
- Proven account management and negotiation skills
- Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics
- Passion for results, consistent track record of exceeding targets
- Proactive in understanding the technical flows
