About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager with deep industry networks within the PLN ecosystem to spearhead market expansion and power plant project acquisitions across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, track, and capture business opportunities in power plant projects.
Build and maintain strong government and corporate client relationships (B2G/B2B).
Lead commercial negotiations, project follow-ups, and partnership expansions.
Provide commercial and business strategic support for project bidding/tendering processes.

Key Requirements

Proven track record within the PLN group or its subsidiaries (PT PLN, PLN Nusantara Power, PLN Indonesia Power, or key partners).
Solid expertise in Power Plant Project Development / Energy Market Expansion.
Strong negotiation skills and extensive network with government and enterprise clients.
Good communication skills in English.
Able to join immadiately.
