Responsibilities

-Lead Generation and attract new clients

-Client Acquisition; Research and identify new opportunities and generate leads. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients. Bring new business to the organization

-Client Management (From requirements to proper payments); Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

-Maintain proper coordination with the recruitment team and relationship managers to generate quality results.

-Develop and confirm partnerships with new clients.

-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

-Team Management: Cross-train the BD/Senior BD’s

-Define a Process Improvement Plan (PIP) for helping the team
