As a Business Development Manager, you will drive the company’s growth by expanding and improving its service portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Building new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in Technical Service Management, Project Management, and Non-IT Management Services.
- Leading and developing the business development team to meet sales targets.
- Designing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborating with operations and technical teams for smooth project delivery.
- Contributing to service development based on market trends.
- Monitoring business performance and reporting to management.
For this position, we are looking for someone with a strong mix of technical and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales, including 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of services such as Field Service, Project Deployment, IT Security, and Non-IT services.
- Ability to analyze markets and develop data-driven business strategies.
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
