Job description for Business Development Manager - Japanese Speaker at Wave Consulting
- Secure new business prospects for the company by prospecting, qualifying and nurturing a lead, followed by proposal preparation, presentation and pitching.
- Research and build relationships with clients and the decision makers in the organization
- Identify client's, challenges, concerns or business potential and to tailor customized business proposals
- Work closely with our design and tech teams to understand their capacity and deliverables in order to prepare a high quality deck and presentation
- Negotiate with the prospect, follow up respectfully until a sale is closed, and perform a detailed handover to the Project Manager.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships and networks
- Passionate and driven to excel together with a growth stage company, especially in meeting sales target
- Proven sales track record and account management, preferably have experience in the digital and tech industry
- Outgoing personality, strong sense of initiative and love to spend time with people
- Excellent in writing proposals and pitch deck, either in Japanese, English, or Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent presentation ability in Japanese, English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent communication, lobbying, sales and negotiation skills.
- Exceptionally attractive, strong self confidence and highly motivated.
- High level of initiative and work well in a team or individual environment with minimum supervision.
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
- Have an understanding of software development and digital marketing
