Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably within the IT outsourcing, IT consulting, technology services, or staffing industry.
- Proven experience in handling IT outsourcing business, including acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
- Experienced in B2B sales, client acquisition, account management, and business development for corporate or enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing / IT manpower services, including project-based and contract-based IT staffing.
- Experienced in handling the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation, client meetings, requirement gathering, proposal and quotation preparation, negotiation, to closing.
- Able to understand client requirements and collaborate with recruitment/technical teams to provide suitable IT resources or solutions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Have experience managing sales pipeline, revenue targets, and business development activities.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Having an existing network within banking, insurance, fintech, or other enterprise companies would be a plus.
- Willing to attend client meetings and travel when required.
