The ideal candidate should have a good existing network/contact lists of top architects/designers who are involved in high-end residential projects on an Indonesian basis, strong-minded with a robust personality required and should be from the High-End / luxury Furniture segments.
1. Having an innovative approach, the ability to understand the prospective needs of the market, and develop business opportunities
2. Should have skills in technical presentation and commercial negotiation
3. Meeting Individual Clients, Architects/Interior designers, and developers for getting new business for the company
4. Involved in detailing and discussing with architects/clients for discussing the scope of work
5. Coordinating and getting the layouts and Shop drawings approved by the clients/ Architects
6. Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
7. Handling the sales process starts from pre-sales approaches to after-sales services
8. Should have good contacts in the industry and market to be used for business generation and growth
9. Forecasting Sales Targets for the team as well as individual
10. Strong account management skills
11. Must be able and willing to aggressively sell the furniture
12. Have experience handling corporate and major projects
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. 3 - 4 years prior industry-related business development experience in high-end luxury furniture
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proven networking with interior designers
5. Focused and goal-oriented
