Job description for Business Development Lead at PT Global Jet Ecommerce
What will you do:
- Evaluate and understand brands’ demand by following up proactively
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels such as cold calling, emails, and attending industry events
- Regularly update the pitch deck to align with company growth and market tren
- Align with cross-functional teams to gather historical performance and insights as reference for pitch deck
- Sort and qualify potential business opportunities through forecasting and analysis
- Identify potential brands, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Conduct cost calculation to generate the best-fitting business proposal to cater to brands’ necessity
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreement terms for both parties
- Maintain and build strategic relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain and build strategic partnership with platforms
- Work with Legal on finalizing Contract Point and Agreement between parties
- Oversees the team to achieve their target
- Be the problem solver for the teams
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
- Proven minimum 5-7 years of working experience as Business Development in the e-commerce industry, or related industry
- Fluent in English, mandarin will be advantages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Detail-oriented and familiar with all e-commerce platform
