Job Description:
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase machine leasing sales
- Identify and acquire new clients (B2B), while maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare proposals and conduct negotiations with clients
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes through closing
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in laser machine, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong business network is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented and goal-driven mindset
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to travel for business purposes if required
