Job description for Business Development Internship at Flux Creative Universe
Job Description:
- Support to identifying and researching potential clients across various industries.
- Conduct daily canvassing and prospecting through digital platform (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), phone calls, and other outreach channels.
- Build, update, and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Assist in lead generation and qualify prospects based on the company's target market.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments between prospects and the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects to gather information and maintain engagement.
- Prepare sales materials, company profiles, and presentation decks for client meetings.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Update pipleline and ensure all prospect activities are accurately documented.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing business development initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating with new people through various channels.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Interest in sales, business development, or the creative and digital industry is a plus.
