Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Sales B2B, diutamakan industri Telekomunikasi/ISP/Internet.

Memiliki kemampuan dalam mencari dan menjalin kerja sama dengan klien perusahaan (Corporate).

Memahami produk dan layanan Internet, Broadband, Dedicated Internet, Fiber Optic, dan solusi ICT.

Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, presentasi, dan komunikasi yang baik.

Terbiasa melakukan prospecting dan mencari calon pelanggan baru.

Mampu membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.

Berorientasi pada target penjualan dan pencapaian KPI.

Mampu melakukan follow-up, handling objection, dan closing sales.
