HOSHO DIGITAL is looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Interns who are eager to learn about sales, client communication, lead generation, and business growth strategies. The intern will work closely with the sales and business development team to identify opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support business expansion activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, research, and other platforms.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Support the sales team in outreach and follow-up activities.
- Maintain and update lead and customer databases.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting notes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed:
- BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, Marketing, or related fields.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.
- Interest in IT services, SaaS, AI solutions, or technology products.
