biks.ai is an AI solutions company that helps businesses in Indonesia and Singapore automate operations through custom AI assistants tailored to their workflows. We integrate with the tools businesses already use to streamline customer service, sales, back-office processes and content management. With a focus on practical AI implementation, we help businesses across industries work smarter and scale faster.
The role
You'll help us find and win new customers, working directly with the founders. We grow AI-first: we use AI tools to do the work of a whole team, and we test growth hacks from other startups to find what works. There's no sales quota. The goal is to learn how a startup really gets customers.
What you'll do
• Test growth hacks and benchmark what works, using AI tools every day
• Run cold outreach on LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp, and cold call businesses to book demos
• Build lead lists and keep our Notion CRM up to date
• Create sales materials: pitch decks, one-pagers and short demo videos
• Share a short weekly report on what you tested and the results
What you'll learn
• Work directly with founders who have grown million-dollar businesses in Europe
• How B2B sales works, from first message to signed contract
• How to use AI tools to do the work of a whole team
Requirements
• Business or economics student, or recent graduate
• Fluent English
• You already use ChatGPT or Claude and want to go deeper into agentic AI automation
• Comfortable cold messaging and cold calling people you don't know
