Job description for Business Development Executive at Pt Super Spring

SUPERSPRING is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company that sells information about transportation management system (TMS) and the hardware product is GPS Tracker.

Work location: Cideng, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat

Function: Business Development / Business Analyst

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop relationships with corporate customers to enhance business opportunities.
  • Maintain communication to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term cooperation.
  • Ensure customer needs related to products and services are conveyed to internal teams.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet individual and team targets as set by CRE Supervisor.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer needs analysis.
  • Present company products and services professionally and persuasively to potential customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems is a plus.
