Business Development - PT. Indo Riau Perkasa
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new tender and project opportunities in the oil & gas, energy, marine, and heavy industry sectors.
- Prepare and compile complete tender documents (administrative, technical, and commercial) in accordance with LPSE, e-procurement, or private tender requirements.
- Conduct project analysis, including cost estimation, timeline, and required resources in collaboration with the technical team.
- Build and maintain professional communication and relationships with clients, main contractors, vendors, and relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure proposal readiness and project support.
- Prepare periodic reports on tender status, business opportunities, and project evaluations for management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Tender, or Project Engineering (preferably in oil & gas or industrial maintenance).
- Strong understanding of government and private tender processes, including LPSE and e-procurement systems.
- Proficient in preparing and interpreting technical proposals and commercial offers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tender/contract documentation.
- Willing to travel for site visits, project meetings, or vendor coordination.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
