Job description for Business Development Executive at Superstar Agency

  1. Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with brands, platforms, and strategic partners aligned with Superstar Agency’s goals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams (Creator, Campaign, Community, and Ads) to design and execute partnership programs and campaigns.
  4. Prepare and deliver clear business partnership offers to potential partners.
  5. Manage end-to-end partnership processes, including negotiation, agreement alignment, and campaign execution.
  6. Monitor and analyze partnership performance, campaign results, and revenue impact to optimize future strategies.
  7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the creator economy and affiliate marketing space.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with partner objectives.
  9. Track leads, partnership pipelines, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
  10. Represent Superstar Agency in meetings, online discussions, and offline events to strengthen brand presence and business network.
