PT RREX International Logistik is looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and motivated Business Development professional to join our growing team!
📍 Placement: PIK 2, Tangerang
💰 Salary: IDR 8,000,000 – 10,000,000/month
🏠 Benefit: Employee Dormitory Available
🗓️ Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday half-day)
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Executive, or a similar position.
- Must have prior work experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development at a logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Promote and present the company's logistics services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to support business growth.
