You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and managing the sales process end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential B2B clients through outbound methods (LinkedIn, email, calls, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand client needs and position Konnect Network’s services accordingly
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress using internal tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in outbound outreach and client engagement
• Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
