Job description for Business Development Executive at Lif Indonesia
- Min 2+ years’ experience in the field of B2B Sales. Wellness Program experience is a plus
- Deep knowledge of Indonesia B2B and Commercial landscape
- Experience in using CRM and related technologies
- Strong Business Acumen to qualify good business for LIF
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Proficient in Executive/C-level communications
- English Proficiency Level Required: Business
- Highly desired soft skills: self-starter, self-motivated, creative, problem solver
- Can work under pressure in an ambiguous environment
- Lead and manage entire sales-cycles with experience in negotiating terms and understanding associated with requirements and also legal and business risks (could include presenting multi-year agreements to CEO and C-level executives).
- Articulate and evangelize the value proposition of LIF Product and Services
- Create spirit of collaboration, evangelism, and engagement with LIF teams and its customers
- Owns and manages all escalations to senior leadership for critical matters
- Be responsible for all sales related calls and attending to queries regarding LIF from companies
- Responsible for coordination of all inbound revenues
- Total account servicing spanning from requirement documentation, proposal, quotation, contract and invoicing
- Own and fulfill sales pipeline and its corresponding activities for the purpose of improving inbound revenue and conversion rate on a weekly basis by means of getting leads from first to second tier contract, cold-calling or cold-messaging and other relevant methods
