The Role
As our Business Development Executive in Bali, you will be the face of the agency on the ground. Your mission is to actively source, pitch, and secure new business partnerships across our target pillars: Travel & Hospitality, Lifestyle Medical & Wellness, and Culinary & Travel Services across Southeast Asia and Australia. Alongside our Business Development Manager, you will bridge the gap between elite lifestyle brands and our creative communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Local Pipeline Development: Identify and approach prospective clients, including luxury villas, boutique resorts, beach clubs, fine-dining establishments, wellness clinics, and high-end retreat organizers.
- Leverage & Nurture Networks: Tap into your existing network of Bali-based business owners, general managers, and hospitality executives to generate warm leads and organic introductions.
- Bespoke Client Pitching: Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to build and deliver stunning, tailored proposals that speak the unique language of lifestyle and luxury.
- Networking & Event Representation: Attend key industry events, restaurant openings, and wellness launches in Bali to elevate the agency’s profile and scout new opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on Bali’s fast-evolving lifestyle, culinary, wellness, and hospitality trends to spot new niches and market gaps before anyone else.
- Account Transition: Seamlessly onboard new clients, aligning their vision with our internal account management teams to ensure a flawless kick-off.
Who You Are
- You are currently based in Bali and possess an active, proven list of contacts within the island's hospitality, culinary, or wellness industries.
- You have a deep passion for high-end travel, wellness culture, and the culinary arts. You understand what makes a brand premium.
- You have 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within a creative agency, PR firm, or luxury hospitality group.
- You thrive in an autonomous, boutique environment. You are highly organized, proactive, and motivated by closing deals.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential, with a professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
