Job description for Business Development Executive at PT Guna Global Persada
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and business meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, C-Level executives, and other key decision-makers within target companies.
- Understand client manpower needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on GunaGP’s services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and business proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage the sales process through to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups and effectively manage leads and sales pipelines.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment and Operations Teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
- Achieve established sales, new client acquisition, and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Executive, Recruitment Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client hunting and lead generation.
- Comfortable communicating with Managers, Directors, C-Level executives, and other decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, confident, and highly skilled in networking.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, HR services, manpower services, or professional services is a strong plus.
