Since 2025, we have secured and managed relationships with 70+ global clients & partners, ranging from SMEs to large corporations and government institutions.
While we are expert IT Consultants, we also maintain an extensive ecosystem of 12+ proprietary products. We have the technical infrastructure; now we are looking for a high-energy Business Development professional to unleash our commercial potential.
The Role
We are not looking for an administrator. We are looking for a Hustler. This role is the spearhead of XETUP’s growth. Your mission is simple: transform our technical excellence and massive product portfolio into high-value contracts. You will be responsible for opening doors, pitching solutions, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunting & Closing: Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities for our IT consultancy services and 12+ proprietary platforms.
- Lead Generation: Proactively build a pipeline of B2B and B2G prospects through strategic outreach and networking.
- Product Monetization: Execute sales strategies for our specialized products, with a heavy focus on our upcoming AI solution, Karyaiwan.
- Commercial Communication: Translate complex technical capabilities into undeniable commercial value for clients—making the "tech talk" understandable and grounded.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong foundations with key stakeholders and decision-makers to ensure long-term business growth.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: You must have a demonstrated history of success in sales, business development, or tech consultancy. We value "proven results" over mere certificates.
- The Hustler Mentality: You are a strategic networker who knows how to navigate complex business environments and close high-stakes deals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. You must be persuasive and professional in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Agility & Drive: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the stamina to keep up with our Rapid Execution culture.
- Tech-Fluent: While you don't need to code, you must be comfortable discussing AI, software, and digital transformation.
- Location: Based in or willing to work with our team in Yogyakarta.
