Job description for Business Development Executive at GML Performance Consulting
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Representative for our sister company, PT AG Indonesia (Altius People), to drive sales of our SaaS-based HRMS solution. You will be fully responsible for acquiring new clients (hunting) from the SMB to Enterprise segments across Indonesia, as well as managing the entire sales cycle through to deal closing
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities (clients) in the SMB & Enterprise segments.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact, qualification, product presentation (demo), to negotiation and closing.
- Effectively present and explain the value of our SaaS HRMS solution to prospective clients, addressing their HR challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR Director/Manager, CEO, IT).
- Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably relevant.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B Business Development/Sales.
- Must have experience selling SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products or similar enterprise technology products.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong, persistent, and independent client-hunting skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills (English a plus).
