Job description for Business Development Executive at Sanctuary Wellness Center
We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join Sanctuary Wellness on an initial 3-month contract, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness and client relationship management, with a strong interest in sales, partnerships, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is confident in engaging clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of Sanctuary’s therapy services and wellness offerings
- Confidently present and recommend treatments and packages to prospective and existing clients
- Drive sales growth through active client acquisition and relationship building
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and recurring clients
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Sanctuary’s client base
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, gyms, fitness studios, communities, and other potential collaborators
- Achieve sales targets and contribute directly to overall revenue growth
- Support walk-in clients by providing professional consultation and service recommendations
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention, repeat visits, and referrals
- Represent Sanctuary Wellness professionally during external meetings, networking opportunities, and partnership discussions

- Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, wellness, beauty, or related industries is a plus
