Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other prospecting channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct client meetings (online & offline) to understand business challenges and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: Prospecting → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing.
- Work closely with the Creative and Production teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience in a Creative Agency, Digital Agency, Branding Agency, Advertising Agency, Production House, Animation Studio, or related industry is highly preferred.
- Experience selling creative services, branding, animation, video production, digital marketing, or AI-powered solutions.
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and business networking.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT or other AI platforms is a plus.
