Job description for Business Development Executive at Scrb : The Scrub Project
As a Marketing Executive, you will assist the Head of Marketing in executing strategies to grow SCRB in both B2B (hospitals, clinics, institutions) and B2C (healthcare professionals, students, communities). This role focuses on direct marketing, campaign execution, and supporting B2B outreach, while coordinating with the social media team to ensure cohesive brand communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C.
- Handle direct marketing activities such as email blasts, WhatsApp broadcasts, and Instagram broadcast channels.
- Support B2B outreach: prepare proposals, follow up with potential institutional clients, and assist in presentations.
- Coordinate with the social media team on campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Manage e-commerce and marketplace activities (ads, promotions, bundling).
- Assist in organizing events, product launches, or participation in expos.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor monitoring.
- Prepare simple reports on campaign performance, leads, and sales outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or healthcare.
- Familiar with direct marketing tools (email marketing, WhatsApp broadcast, IG broadcast, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Detail oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Has a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Has excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
