Job description for Business development executive at PT WAHDAH Mobility Tech
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement business processes in Indonesia, including pricing structure, fleet management, and partnership development, with guidance and alignment from HQ.
- Monitor vehicle availability and allocation to ensure operational efficiency and margin optimization.
- Ensure partner compliance with company standards, operational requirements, and established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance, operational expenses, and related reporting.
- Conduct training and provide operational guidance to staff, operational personnel, and business partners while maintaining proper documentation and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and corporate clients in Indonesia to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to strengthening operational performance within the Indonesia market.
- Prepare and submit timely operational reports, performance updates, and relevant business documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HQ to ensure smooth operational execution and alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, International Business or related field
- 2 years of relevant work experience in any related Business Development portfolio.
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively in meetings.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and MS Excel/Google Sheets (preferred).
- Experience in drafting Business Proposals and conducting SWOT Analysis.
- Data-driven, research-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently with strong critical thinking skills.
- Able and willing to travel across states and countries as required.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
