Job description for Business Development Executive at PT. XENA PRANADIPA DHIA CAKRA
Main tasks include:
- Strategizing to identify new markets and clients.
- Interact with prospective clients or business partners to negotiate contracts and cooperation.
- Establish good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to find business opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and other relevant teams to design and execute business growth plans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, usually in Management, Business, Marketing, or similar.
- Work experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin both oral and written.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills and result orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
