REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related field. Experience in an event organizer or creative industry is a plus.
- A natural relationship-builder who can establish trust and maintain strong client relationships.
- Comfortable with both hunting for new business and nurturing existing accounts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, from pitches and proposals to day-to-day client conversations.
- Organized, proactive, and able to stay calm while managing multiple priorities.
- Curious about how businesses grow and motivated by creating meaningful opportunities and partnerships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, from initial conversations through to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and support pitches, proposals, and presentations that effectively communicate value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of sold projects.
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for business growth and added value.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
