Your Role
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Executive who can help us grow our market presence, build strong relationships, and close deals across various sectors—especially targeting SMEs and business owners in Indonesia.
Note: This is a founding leadership role. While we maybe not offering a fixed monthly salary, this role comes with an opportunity for equity ownership, profit-sharing, and other future benefits as the company grows.
What You'll Do
- Identify and approach new potential clients and business opportunities
- Pitch XETUP's services and digital products (POS, e-commerce, apps, etc.)
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Research market trends and gather competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, and weekly progress reporting
- Represent the company in meetings, expos, or events (online/offline)
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnership
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for startups, tech, and business solutions
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-minded
- Able to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS, or digital products is a plus
- Experience selling to SMEs, UMKM, or B2B is a big advantage
