ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Sales to join our team. Your primary focus will be building a client network, delivering impactful product presentations, and applying a sales strategy under the direction of Manager. You will be supported with training, guidance, and support from a team of knowledgeable lighting specialists.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external) and negotiate major deals/project.
- Collaborate effectively with project team and technical support engineer to achieve better results in handling all projects.
- Liaise with Market Research & Development team regarding marketing collaterals, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.
- Ensure leads are being followed up on all projects and maintain client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in architect, business, management, marketing, engineering, or any related field
- Have an attractive appearance
- Experienced in public speaking, sales, and/or marketing
- Good understanding of the architecture, building & construction, furniture or specification market will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ambitious, passionate, highly motivated, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
- Customer-focused with service-minded attitude
- Impeccable presentation skills and a persuasive ability
