Job Description :
- Membuat business plan jangka pendek dan panjang, serta memonitor implementasinya
- Melakukan riset untuk memahami kebutuhan pasar dan menyelaraskan produk/layanan perusahaan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim lintas fungsi (marketing, R&D, supply chain) untuk memastikan implementasi strategi berjalan lancar.
- Mengelola proses pengembangan produk dari konsep hingga peluncuran.
- Menyusun rencana pemasaran yang komprehensif, termasuk target pasar, saluran distribusi, dan anggaran.
- Memastikan Pencapaian target revenue, market share, dan pertumbuhan lainnya.
- Melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap kinerja bisnis.
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen Bisnis, Pemasaran, Ekonomi, Teknik Industri lebih diutamakan)
- Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun
- Berpengalaman di sektor FMCG lebih diutamakan
- Memiliki sertifikasi terkait business development, marketing, atau manajemen proyek akan menjadi nilai tambah
