Job description for Business Development Executive (OTC Division) at PT Ruang Maha Karya

  • Market & Product Analysis: Analyze OTC pharmaceutical market demand and product variety to identify growth opportunities and inform portfolio decisions.
  • Principal Engagement: Leverage an existing database of principal contacts to explore new product sourcing, partnerships, and business collaborations that expand our OTC offerings.
  • Merchandising & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies and pursue new business opportunities within the OTC channel to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both principals and retail partners within the OTC landscape.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Provide regular reports on market trends and business development activities, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful product strategies.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.

Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Business, Marketing) with min. 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical OTC business development or sales.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful OTC product merchandising initiatives.
  • Existing network of contacts/database with principals and a strong understanding of the OTC pharmaceutical market.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and develop effective business development and merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
