Job description for Business Development Executive (OTC Division) at PT Ruang Maha Karya
- Market & Product Analysis: Analyze OTC pharmaceutical market demand and product variety to identify growth opportunities and inform portfolio decisions.
- Principal Engagement: Leverage an existing database of principal contacts to explore new product sourcing, partnerships, and business collaborations that expand our OTC offerings.
- Merchandising & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies and pursue new business opportunities within the OTC channel to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both principals and retail partners within the OTC landscape.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Provide regular reports on market trends and business development activities, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful product strategies.
- Regulatory Awareness: Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Business, Marketing) with min. 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical OTC business development or sales.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful OTC product merchandising initiatives.
- Existing network of contacts/database with principals and a strong understanding of the OTC pharmaceutical market.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and develop effective business development and merchandising strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
