Job Description
* Monitor and allocate orders, including tracking assessors, incoming orders, and pending orders.
* Monitor SLA achievement and ensure all appraisal appointments are completed on schedule.
* Ensure appraisal results comply with SOPs and internal control standards.
* Prevent fraud and unauthorized order transfers from Digital to Regular channels.
* Handle system, process, and human-related issues, escalating them to Operations, IT, or Product teams as needed.
* Provide coaching and training to assessors, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend process improvements.
* Ensure products align with customer needs and market demands.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities in the financial services industry.
* Analyze competitor data to identify business opportunities and recommend product innovations.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
* Strong monitoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
* Ability to monitor performance, manage SLAs, and handle escalations.
* Understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and product development is an advantage.
