Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive (F&B Partnerships) to expand our merchant network by partnering with both franchise brands and UMKM (small and medium F&B businesses).
You will play a key role in identifying potential partners, building long-term business relationships, and driving collaboration that supports company growth in the F&B industry.
Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new F&B merchants, including both franchise chains and UMKM brands.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities within the F&B sector.
Negotiate partnership terms and agreements that are mutually beneficial.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful merchant integration and activation.
Monitor performance of partnerships and propose improvements to achieve business targets.
Prepare reports and analysis related to merchant performance, sales growth, and market expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in business development, merchant acquisition, or partnership management, preferably in F&B, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Familiar with the F&B ecosystem, especially franchise models and UMKM business structures.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
