Job description for Business Development Executive (CEO Office) at UMAI Group
About us
UMAI Group (PT Enak Group Indonesia) runs Japanese food delivery kitchens, a central kitchen and franchise partners across Greater Jakarta. We are expanding our partnerships and are looking for a Business Development Executive who works directly with the CEO.
What you will do
- Contact potential partners (F&B companies, franchise operators, B2B customers) by phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
- Schedule meetings, attend them with the CEO, and write short meeting notes in English
- Follow up with partners, lawyers and service providers until tasks are done
- Collect and organize company documents
- Update our partner list every day and report progress to the CEO
- Use AI tools that prepare research and message drafts for you
What we are looking for
- Native Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English (written and spoken)
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, executive assistance or consulting
- Proven experience contacting people you did not know and getting things done
- Organized with Google Sheets and WhatsApp; you follow up until tasks are finished
- Trustworthy and able to keep information strictly confidential
- Experience in F&B, franchise, startups, or working directly for a CEO is a plus
What we offer
- Monthly salary IDR 10-15 million (based on experience) + bonus when partnerships are closed
- 1-month trial period, then contract extension based on performance
- BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan after the trial period

Ringkasan
Kami mencari Business Development Executive yang bekerja langsung dengan CEO. Tugas utama: menghubungi calon mitra (perusahaan F&B, mitra franchise, pelanggan B2B), mengatur dan menghadiri meeting, follow-up dengan mitra dan konsultan, serta merapikan dokumen perusahaan. Syarat: Bahasa Indonesia native, Bahasa Inggris level bisnis, pengalaman 2-4 tahun di business development, sales, executive assistant, atau konsultan. Masa percobaan 1 bulan. Gaji Rp10-15 juta per bulan (sesuai pengalaman) + bonus.
