Nusaroma is an Indonesian essential oil company connecting natural ingredients from Indonesia to growing brands worldwide.
We serve customers in perfumery, cosmetics, aromatherapy, wellness, and industrial sectors across domestic and international markets.
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to help us identify opportunities, build relationships, and support the growth of our B2B business.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and industry databases
- Follow up inquiries and potential customers
- Schedule meetings and support sales discussions
- Maintain CRM and prospect database
- Collaborate with management on business development initiatives
- Support domestic and export sales growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in B2B sales, export sales, industrial sales, ingredients, chemicals, FMCG, or related fields
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Comfortable using CRM, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and email
- Proactive and target-oriented
- Able to work independently and learn quickly
