As a Business Development professional at majoo Indonesia, you will be the driving force behind the expansion of our ERP software ecosystem. Your primary mission is to identify high-growth market opportunities, engage with key decision-makers in medium-to-large enterprises, and demonstrate how ERP solutions can streamline their business processes, from finance and procurement to supply chain management.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Conduct strategic market analysis to identify industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail) that would benefit most from majoo’s ERP solutions.
- Actively build a robust sales pipeline through networking, social selling (LinkedIn), and targeted outreach to key stakeholders.
- Conduct consultative meetings to understand a prospect's business pain points and map them to specific ERP modules and functionalities.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations to C-level executives, Finance Directors, and IT Managers, highlighting the ROI and efficiency gains of our ERP system.
- Craft professional business proposals, manage the bidding process, and lead contract negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Serve as the bridge between the client and majoo’s internal technical/implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project kick-off.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions within the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically within the ERP, SaaS, or Enterprise Software industry.
- Solid understanding of core ERP concepts (Accounting, HRIS, Recruitment, Inventory, Procurement, and Production) and how integrated software drives business value.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian. Must be comfortable presenting to executive-level audiences.
- An existing network of contacts among CFOs, COOs, or IT Directors in the Indonesian market is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite (specifically advanced PowerPoint for storytelling and Excel for commercial modeling).
- A results-driven "hunter" mentality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
