Job Descriptions

Membuat rencana pemasaran dan penganggaran iklan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pencapaian target.
Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengembangkan akun e-commerce seperti Shopee,TikTok.
Mengelola dan memelihara toko online perusahaan di platform e-commerce, termasuk pengaturan toko, desain halaman, penampilan produk, dan pembaruan konten.
Menganalisis data dari platform e-commerce dan tren penjualan, serta memberikan laporan dan insight berbasis data untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis dan mengoptimalkan strategi operasional e-commerce.
Menyusun dan mengawasi jadwal kampanye secara rinci, termasuk Flash Sale dan kampanye Double Date.
Bertanggung jawab atas pencatatan produk, penyesuaian harga, manajemen inventaris, dan analisis data penjualan guna mencapai penampilan produk dan performa penjualan yang optimal.

Job Requirements

Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Pemasaran, Komunikasi, Manajemen Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang e-commerce, digital marketing, atau pengelolaan toko online.
Menguasai platform e-commerce seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dan TikTok Shop.
Memahami strategi pemasaran digital, perencanaan kampanye, dan penganggaran iklan.
Mampu menganalisis data penjualan dan performa toko secara menyeluruh, serta menyusun laporan yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan.
Teliti, terorganisir, dan memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu yang baik.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim, serta memiliki inisiatif tinggi.
Kreatif dan up-to-date dengan tren e-commerce dan strategi promosi online.
Menguasai tools pendukung seperti Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, dan platform manajemen toko e-commerce.
