Job Summary
Lead business development strategy, drive revenue growth, and build strategic partnerships across the KOL, MCN, and TikTok ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth and market expansion strategies.
- Acquire and maintain relationships with key brands, agencies, and business partners.
- Lead pitching, negotiation, and high-value business deals.
- Identify new opportunities in KOL, influencer marketing, MCN, and TikTok.
- Monitor revenue, business performance, and market trends.
- Lead and develop the Business Development team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership.
- Previous leadership or senior management experience.
- Strong network with brands, agencies, or corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of KOL/Influencer Marketing, MCN, TikTok, or digital advertising.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
