Job description for Business Development Consultant at Pt Loka Abadi Sentausa
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Identify and penetrate target segments such as Architects, Consultants, and Contractors through practical and innovative approaches.
- Organize and execute daily sales activities, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Generate new customer leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from canvassing, quoting and negotiation, to order placement.
- Able to convey the strength of the product over competitor's products.
- Able to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Grow brand awareness and product usage in area of responsibility.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers and update frequently on new product.
- Establish new relationships with architects and contractor, government.
- Being able to bring in existing customer networks and management of concrete decoration will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel outside the city in the area of responsibility.
- Available to start immediately.
Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years old
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree
- Have at least 1 years of sales and marketing experience in the construction or service industry
- Have Driving Lisence (SIM A) is a must
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Preferably with experience in sales in the construction sector
- Has a network in the interior/architecture/construction/contractor segment
- Have objection handling skills
- Have good communication, negotiation, presentation and data analysis skills
- Professional appearance, energetic, has initiative, and likes challenges
