Job description for Business Development Consultant at PT. Subur Berkah Nusantara
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, applicators, architects, consultants, developers, and project owners.
- Conduct market research and identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Present and promote relevant products, services, and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare proposals, conduct commercial discussions, and support the negotiation and closing of deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, customer follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer service and project execution.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related roles is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven with strong initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest or experience in construction, architectural, concrete, flooring, building materials, or equipment is an advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin-speaking ability is highly desirable.
- Willing and able to travel/mobile for client visits, project visits, and business development activities.
- Willing to be based in Tangerang or Malang.
