Job description for Business Development Consultant (Sales B2B) at tuantender.id

TENTANG PERAN

Kamu bukan sales yang nunggu klien datang. Kamu adalah konsultan yang bantu direktur & ops manager perusahaan konstruksi keluar dari kebuntuan sertifikasi. Produk yang kamu jual nyata, dibutuhkan, dan punya garansi. Tugasmu: pastikan klien yang tepat tahu mereka butuh kami sebelum deadline mereka kelewat.

YANG AKAN KAMU KERJAKAN

  • Outreach & follow-up prospek PMDN/PMA (telepon, WA, email) sesuai pipeline yang ada
  • Presentasi dan penjelasan layanan SBU, SKK, KTA, ISO kepada decision-maker
  • Persiapkan data klien untuk proposal dan koordinasi dengan tim ops
  • Track status prospek di CRM, update setiap hari
  • Jalankan follow-up terstruktur: H+2, H+5, H+10, harus disiplin, bukan asal follow-up
  • Bertanggung jawab atas konversi dari prospek ke deal tertutup

YANG KAMI CARI

  • Pengalaman sales B2B atau B2C dengan direct client handling — min. 2-3 tahun
  • Terbiasa komunikasi profesional via telepon & WA kepada level direktur/manajer
  • Track record closing deal, bukan cuma pengiriman proposal
  • Tidak takut follow-up berulang dengan cara yang tetap elegan
  • Familiar dengan CRM atau tools pelacak pipeline (apapun)
  • Nilai plus: pengalaman di industri jasa konstruksi, legalitas, atau perizinan
  • Lokasi Yogyakarta dan sekitarnya
