Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Mencari dan mendapatkan klien baru (corporate) secara aktif
  • Mengelola dan mengembangkan database client (B2B)
  • Melakukan pendekatan, presentasi, dan negosiasi dengan calon klien
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang project event & production dari berbagai industri
  • Bekerja dengan target (revenue & project acquisition)
  • Menjalin relasi jangka panjang dengan client
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk proses pitching & eksekusi

Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Business Development / Sales B2B (diutamakan EO / agency / hospitality / MICE)
  • Memiliki database corporate & leads aktif (WAJIB)
  • Memiliki proven track record dalam mendapatkan client / closing deal (WAJIB)
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target & tekanan
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan pitching yang kuat
  • Mandiri, proaktif, dan result-oriented
  • Memiliki perangkat kerja sendiri (laptop, internet, dll)
  • Siap bekerja secara remote (HYBRID)
