Job Scope
• Recruit new members and grow an active community.
• Find, approach and maintain partnerships with coffee shops and modern warkop.
• Promote events and attract participants.
• Network with partners and members to grow the community.
• Work in the field, including evenings and weekends during competitions.
• Work toward targets, alone or as part of a team.
Requirements
• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Good communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Familiar with WhatsApp groups and social media.
• Active, proactive and comfortable working in the field.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Target-oriented, responsible, and able to work alone or in a team.
• Experience in sales, BD, community management or event organizing is a plus.
