Job description for Business Development (B2B) at PT. Mganik Grup Mitra Indonesia

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Menghubungi dan mengunjungi calon Mitra Seller setiap hari (baik online maupun offline).
  • Mengelola prospek dari landing page, iklan, atau saluran pemasaran lainnya (inbound), serta aktif mencari peluang kemitraan baru (outbound).
  • Menjalin hubungan baik dengan calon Mitra Seller, melakukan negosiasi, dan memastikan kerja sama bisnis berjalan sukses.
  • Mengimplementasikan strategi akuisisi dan program yang dirancang oleh Manager Seller Partner.
  • Menggunakan promo, program khusus, dan alat bantu lainnya untuk mendukung negosiasi dan penutupan transaksi.
  • Mengidentifikasi jenis Mitra Seller untuk menyesuaikan pendekatan penjualan.
  • Membuat laporan aktivitas penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
  • Mencari peluang mitra atau outlet baru yang sesuai dengan perusahaan.


    Kualifikasi:
  • D3/S1 di bidang Administrasi Bisnis atau Pemasaran.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di penjualan atau pengembangan bisnis, diutamakan di industri FMCG atau nutrisi.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dan hasil yang terbukti dalam penjualan B2B atau akuisisi mitra.
  • Terbiasa menggunakan alat digital seperti CRM atau Google Sheets.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, memiliki keterampilan negosiasi, dan berorientasi pada target.
